Happy Wednesday my brothers and sisters!

No one has done more to bring attention to the Great Compound Pharmacy Apocalypse of the last 6 months than I have.

For those of you who have somehow missed this bit of breathtaking news (it’s ok, you can come out from under your rock), here’s the extremely abridged version:

In Late September last year, the FDA made the move to start cracking down on “unapproved peptides”.

In one fell swoop, everyone’s favorite three-letter agency went ahead and recategorized all unapproved peptides as Category 2 substances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

✅ BPC-157

✅ TB-500

✅ CJC-1295

✅ Epitalon

✅ Ipamorelin

✅ MOTS-C

By moving these peptides into Category 2, they’ve effectively made them radioactive to compounding pharmacies.

This new ruling makes it INCREDIBLY risky for these pharmacies to continue manufacturing and selling these agents.

Make no mistake - this is a massive blow to the allopathic prescribing peptides universe…

And yet some people don’t seem concerned.

Some folks think this will only be a passing trend.

They see stories here and there about pharmacies (bravely) pushing back, and think that the FDA will eventually buckle.

They’re wrong.

Look, I don’t have a crystal ball…

But despite the few heartening tales, I’ve seen many more horror stories over the last few months.

❌ Stories of men and women UNABLE to get their peptides with next to ZERO notice

❌ Stories of compounders issuing notices they won’t be producing anything from the “banned” peptide list anymore

And what’s worse?

We’re seeing the crackdown extend worldwide.

Now, I don’t know how many of you live in Australia.

But that’s not the point.

This email isn’t about the finer points of Australia’s crackdown, it’s about the suppression of peptides - and why it’s becoming a GLOBAL issue.

The truth is these agencies feed off each other.

When one country starts cracking down, the others become emboldened.

The result?

A vicious feedback loop and an endless cycle of suppression (at the expense of OUR health).

This is not a passing trend, it’s a worldwide phenomenon.

And it’s coming for YOU and YOUR peptides.

But the good news is there’s a silver lining to this:

Research chemical companies are, for the time being, safe and sound.

Trust me, many of you KNOW I AM DEEP inside this world.

Thanks to the wise business models *some* of these companies have developed, it will very likely be years before the Alphabet three-letter agencies desire to look into them.
