Happy Wednesday peeps!

I’ve never been a dumpster fire.

In fact, I’ve never even really been “unhealthy”.

I've always been in good shape.

I’ve always been lean due to consuming protein, fat and carbs in the right amounts.

I’ve always been training intensely and in the gym longer than many fitness influencer's have been alive.

Simply put, I’m a card-carrying example of someone who has always lived and breathed physical culture.

I say this only to paint a picture from where I've come.

From a very early age, I desired to be EXCEPTIONAL.

I KNEW I was going to do amazing things with my mind and body.

And through the power of conscious manifestation, I created that reality.

In my teens and early 20s, I was an accomplished basketball player.

Throughout my 20s, I built a modestly impressive physique in the gym.

It was certainly more impressive than most bros in their 20s ever create.

All of that culminated in my late 30s and early 40’s when I competed in and won men’s physique contests.

I remember I was training for one of my first men's physique shows with Markus Reinhardt.

Markus was an absolute legend as a Heavy Duty trainer in the world of bodybuilding and THE favored disciple of the late Mike Mentzer.

And he pushed me to the point of DESTRUCTION with his HIT training methodology.

The workouts we performed to get ready for my first couple of shows were so neurologically taxing I had NOTHING left.

I'd come home from the gym, barely have enough energy to eat, and then COLLAPSE into bed.

It was brutal…

But it worked.

I competed in and won 3 shows over a 4.5 year period even competing and winning with Monica.

After achieving the pinnacle of what I felt I could achieve with my physical avatar body....

I AM now focused on optimizing myself for longevity and spiritual wellness into my mid 50s and WAAY beyond.

My point is the following…

Think about everything I’ve been blessed to accomplish so far in life…

Look, when it comes to “early adopters” in the peptide world, I am without question one of the earliest.

Of course, I don’t regret any of it.
